Welcome toSkillBoT Learning LMS, an interactive digital learning platform provided by Vfocuz Technologies LLP, designed to enhance learning in electronics, robotics, and programming using the SkillBoT Kit. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our services. By using the SkillBoT Learning LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility Users must be at least 10 years old to access the LMS. For users under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
2. User Account and Access Users must register to gain access to digital content. Each account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Use of Digital Content SkillBoT LMS provides access to video tutorials, text lessons, downloadable content, and interactive modules. All content is for personal educational use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property All content, logos, trademarks, course material, and software are the intellectual property of Vfocuz Technologies LLP. Unauthorized use of any part of the content is a violation of copyright and may lead to legal action.
5. Payment and Refunds Access to premium content may require a one-time fee or subscription. Refunds will only be granted if a technical issue prevents access and remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after reporting. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed courses.
6. Code of Conduct Users must use the platform ethically and respectfully. Uploading or posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content is prohibited. Spamming, hacking, or attempting to misuse the system will result in termination of access.
7. Support and Training Support is available via email, WhatsApp, or scheduled online sessions. Live support may be limited to business hours (IST). Vfocuz Technologies LLP may provide updates or improvements to the LMS periodically
8. Termination of Access Vfocuz Technologies LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability Vfocuz Technologies LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. The LMS content is provided “as is” and may include minor errors or updates.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms Vfocuz Technologies LLP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the LMS after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
